Wardrobe Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers the Wardrobe iOS app and web experience (pixshop.app/wardrobe), a Pixshop product. It supplements the general Pixshop Privacy Policy at /privacy.
2. Information we collect
- Outfit and garment photos you upload for detection, cutout, and modeled preview.
- Optional model reference photos used only for editorial try-on style previews.
- A guest identifier stored on device so your wardrobe can sync without an account.
- Wardrobe item metadata you edit (name, category, colors, tags).
- App Store subscription status for Wardrobe Pro (handled by Apple; we do not receive your payment card details).
3. How we use it
- Run AI detection, garment cutout, background cleanup, and modeled preview generation.
- Store approved wardrobe items and images so you can browse and edit them later.
- Enforce free monthly credits and Pro entitlements.
4. AI processors and storage
Images are sent over HTTPS to our API and to AI providers needed for the feature (for example Replicate for cutouts/modeled previews, and OpenRouter or Gemini for vision detection). Approved wardrobe images and metadata are stored in our cloud storage linked to your guest or account owner id until you delete them.
- Temporary processing images used for a single request are not kept as a long-term training dataset by Wardrobe.
- You can delete individual pieces in the app; deletion removes the corresponding wardrobe record and stored assets when the request succeeds.
- We do not sell your photos or wardrobe data.
5. Tracking
Wardrobe does not use third-party advertising trackers. Basic operational logs may include IP address and error diagnostics for reliability.
