How Picva collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information across our website, public SEO pages, admin dashboard, iOS app, AI tools, templates, and subscriptions.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect account information, User Content, usage data, payment metadata, device information, and diagnostics.
- Account information: name or nickname, email address, profile image, login provider information, account settings, and subscription status.
- User Content: text prompts, negative prompts, uploaded images, reference images, edited images, generated images, templates, multilingual prompt versions, project names, saved works, and collections.
- Usage data: pages viewed, templates used, generation history, prompt usage, feature interactions, device type, browser type, app version, IP address, approximate location, crash logs, and performance data.
- Payment data: payment status, subscription plan, transaction identifiers, renewal status, and related billing metadata. We do not store full credit card numbers.
2. Public SEO Pages and Demo Inputs
You may browse public Picva pages, GPT Image 2 SEO pages, template pages, guide pages, and prompt pages without logging in. We may collect page views, referring URLs, approximate location, device and browser data, cookies, analytics events, search queries, demo prompts, and demo upload interactions from these pages.
Demo inputs may be used to show previews, prevent abuse, improve prompt quality, analyze product performance, and secure the Service. Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or third-party content into public demo areas unless you have the right to do so.
3. AI Image Generation and Uploaded Content
When you use AI generation or editing features, your prompts, uploaded images, reference images, and related instructions may be processed by Picva and our AI service providers to generate or edit images.
You should not upload confidential, sensitive, private, or third-party content unless you have the legal right to do so.
4. Multilingual Prompts
Picva may support prompts in multiple languages. If you use multilingual prompt features, we may process, translate, store, compare, and synchronize prompt versions across languages to provide better generation results and template management.
5. How We Use Information

8. App Data and Device Permissions
The Picva iOS app may request access to device permissions. We only access photos or camera content when you choose to use those features.
- Photos: to upload reference images, save generated images, or edit photos you select;
- Camera: if you choose to capture an image;
- Notifications: if you opt in to receive generation status, account, or product updates.
9. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain personal information and User Content for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
You may delete generated works or request account deletion through the app or by contacting us. Some backup copies or legal records may be retained for a limited period.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
Picva is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
